What: A floor-based movement meditation practice + self-massage + yoga nidra to unwind patterns of tension in the whole body+mind.

All levels welcome! All encouraged to come with a playful spirit.

As we all reflect on the last year, it's important to give ourselves the time & space to 'rest & digest' all of life's happenings of the last cycle.

Life happens in the body+mind, let's unwind together & savor the deep rest of the season.

Please bring a blanket & your favorite self-massage tool (details will come in your confirmation email). A mat-less space is recommended, as long as you're comfortable & have options for padding.
